There is absolutely no point in beating yourself for something that's not under your control. You also need to realise that sometimes, you're just in love with the idea of a certain person, and not the person himself. Know the difference. Stop undermining yourself because they don't value you enough. Get rid of the anger and frustration that's been building inside. Punch a pillow or two maybe. But stop wearing yourself down for the likes of one person. It's not worth it. You can do a lot better. You deserve a lot better.

And if the answer is negative, keep your phone aside, switch off your lights, and get some sleep. Your body will thank you in the morning. And your heart..eventually.
